Company is owned by Lion Pramod Radheshyam Dalmia , who is a Qualified Engineer ( BE , Electronics &Communication) From Karanatak University graduated in year 1984. He has been involved in Many R&D projects and providing service to Many companies in his life time so far . At the age of 62 he though it Fit to diversify in to Real estate business by registering with MahaRera (Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority) in the year 2023 and also completed the Competency course specified by Rera but also cleared the certificate exam for the same . And there after he has associated himself with Many reputed Builder developers in Mumbai , to name few say Lodha , Godrej, Sheth Realty, Dosti, Prestige group, Piramal Realty.

He also though it fit to associate himself with a company Mumbai Reinvented Pvt Ltd to venture into with active involvement of redevelopment of properties in and around Sion Matunga Vicinity. 

He is not only a professional and successful businessman, also has a Social out look too.
